    • Showing property to prospective tenants
    • Screen tenant applications including conducting credit checks and/or background checks
    • Execute all necessary documents
    • Inspect and document property prior to occupancy
    • Arrange trades if and when necessary
    • Coordinate tenant move in
    • Inspection of property

    Services include:

    • Viewing and assessing the property
    • Taking photos of the property for web marketing
    • Developing a booking schedule and a short-term rental agreement customized for the property
    • Assisting the property owner with the development of an information package for guests i.e. house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, etc.
    • Corresponding with confirmed guests and providing them with information, keys, directions, etc.
    • Collecting deposit and rental payments
    • Pay agreed expenses as set out in service agreement
    • Following up with guests after check-out and refunding security deposits
    • Provide emergency contact for clients and tenants
    • Arrange repairs and maintenance in accordance with client instructions
    • Hire and supervise resident caretaker(s) when applicable
    • Coordinate building, ground maintenance and contractual services
    • Purchase equipment and supplies, as necessary
    • Arrange property inspections
